Hairspray vs. Dry shampoo
Did you know that you can keep your blowout fresh for a few days by just using 2 products, Dry shampoo, and Hairspray? Blowouts look great, which is probably why we spend our time and money to get them. We try our best to make it last longer so that we can get the most out of a blowout. By just using a hairspray and dry shampoo you can make your blowout last longer, below are a few tips.
Day 1: Preparation
The first step for any hairstyle or any makeup look is preparation. Always shampoo and condition your hair before getting a blowout. Getting a blowout on second or third-day hair will not only look fresh but will also reduce the days the blowout will last. Shampoo and condition according to your hair needs and requirements, if you have an oily scalp, use a clarifying shampoo like Alba Botanica, or if your goal is towards a shinier look, try Finesse Texture Enhancing Shampoo that will leave your hair shiny and beautiful.
Day 2: Take out that Hair Spray
Many people usually reach for dry shampoo on their second day which is totally wrong. Dry shampoo absorbs oil and creates a matte look. By using dry shampoo on the second day you could be losing that beautiful shine resulting in dull hair. Always reach for the hairspray on the second day to freshen out your hair. A hairspray will set your hair and will not take out your hair shine like the dry shampoo.
Day 3: Let’s work this Dry Shampoo
Now is the time to take out that dry shampoo and work its magic. By Day 3, your roots will be pretty oily and in a need of shampooing. Dry shampoo will absorb the excess oil on your scalp and roots and will lift your hair.

Day 4: Goodbye
By day 4 your blowout will probably be on its last day if you are lucky then probably second last. The dirty beach waves look is pretty in this season so why not go with that. Simply spray a wave-enhancing hairspray to bring out pretty waves.
