Cancellation and return policy

We believe that the customer is the center around whom our business revolves and hence we take necessary steps to keep him/her thoroughly satisfied. All the same we do not deny the possibility of a loss or damage of an item while in transit. If the purchase is found to be unsatisfactory in any respect, please contact our customer care.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped from USA, we will refund the entire order amount.

If the cancellation is made after the product has been shipped, you can do one of the following :

  • If your product has been shipped from USA but has not been dispatched from India facility, contact Customer Support and inform them about your intention.
  • If you have received the product and want to return it, please follow our return policy under the Items shipped from USA section
  • Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed including restocking, shipping charges and other applicable fees.
Return Policy

Exchanges, Returns for Items shipped from USA

  • If you notice any physical damage to the item or any of the included accessories, please Contact Customer Care within 24 Hours from the date of delivery.
  • Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.
  • Within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs - If you purchased the item in free shipping offer then 15% of the item cost will be deducted as shipping fee). We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped wherein the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.
    To return an item, please contact us and let us know which items you will be returning, as well as the original order number. You may ship the product to us via any carrier to:

  • Any physical damage should be notified within 24 hrs of receiving the package.
  • MyBeautyBazaar will pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept all returned items when the return is a result of our error.
  • If return is a result of customer's error, it will be customer's responsibility to return that product to us for refund, Shipping and handling charges will be non-refundable and we will charge 15% restocking fees.

Refund will not be issued if returned product is found damaged, if it has been used, or if product has been damaged in return shipping.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Refusal

If a package cannot be delivered for any reason including incorrect or undeliverable address to the address you provided, or should you refuse the package, you remain responsible and hereby agree to pay for the order in full, waving any and all rights of charge back.

Note:

All items from USA are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact Customer Care, and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

We do not accept return or exchange for electronics, Chocolate, Candies, Gummies and Toys. We do not take any responsibility for Gummies or Candies if melted in transit due to extreme weather.
We cannot accept returns under certain conditions as follows :
  • If you notice any physical damage on the product and not informing our Customer Care immediately from the date of delivery.
  • Products with damage or defect which is not covering manufacturer's warranty.
  • Damages and malfunctioning of the product due to misuse or incidental damage.
  • Products with Missing serial or UPC numbers and tampered products.
  • Returning of products without original packaging or without inclusive of all items originally delivered along with the products.
  • Returns of opened packages will be accepted only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.
  • Any item which is used or consumed.
